A space filled with local entrepreneurs, vibrant conversations, and of course, the energy to match Ealing Road. We had an opportunity to work on this project from RIBA stage 3 onwards, towards the completion with an official opening in early 2022.

Heathway Industrial Estate, Dagenham - existing warehouse, 2013. 1920\'s built Industrial complex given a facelift with matching cladding, new security gate, new signage and new landscaping.

Gorst Road, Park Royal - New warehouse, 2016. 2 New warehouses built in the popular Park Royal Industrial Area. Each building is given a contemporary look with modern materials such as Fibre cement panels , aluminium panels and glass specified.
